Blake
Hello forum, Another brake problem, just fitted my echo sl booster today and I was adjusting the tpa when it made a small click, now when I pull the lever it makes a small clicking noise and the tpa is super stiff and I can hardly turn it. I managed to turn it after oiling but was still not easy. The lever is a 2008 magura hs33 with the lever mod. Any idea what this is? Thanks
rab shropshire
sounds like you have threaded the tpa, if it is working fine i would just leave it alone

j-bonham@hotmail.com
Torn the threads out of the tpa wheel... possibly need a new tpa. quite a common problem.

rab shropshire
The more you play about with them the more likely they are to break, if the brake still works just leave it to do it's job
Kieran Morrison
Or if its really annoying you, you could just get another tpa
