Tnn Clamps Not Clamping

I have some TNN clamps on my Echo, they don't have cylinder washers.

Every time I set up my pads the cylinders slowly push themselves outwards so the lever comes closer and closer to the bar.

The clamps are tightened fully but they wont stay put, every 5 mins light riding they manage to move out 4-5mm.

Any ideas on why they wont clamp properly?

Ahh! could be the problem! don't know how I would go about fixing this though as I need a booster but cant fit it with shorter bolts.

To make the bolt shorter you can use the washer out of a chain take apart the chain like in the pic

If it's not the bolts then get a can cut a strip off and put it around the cylinder should do the trick!

Defo misundestood something there mate... They do not have cylinder washers, but his are not clamping the cylinder enough. so could be down to bolts being too long. So a washer on the bolt would make it shorter. ;)

Oh yeh my bad :\. Even read like twice to make sure i wasnt being a retard, read again after u posted and blatently says hes not using washers :$.

I would personally use a washer and see if it sorts it, then if it does, instead of keeping the washers, use a hacksaw and chop a bit off each bolt.
