Looks like he devoured a breakfast of pro plus drenched in Redbull and snorted a Whiz brunch before heading out to film!!!! Still I wish I had that much energy and spring.... So to reach the levels of what is possible with consistent proper training just gets shuffed down a big black hole really What you see is little time on the bike =D Knut has some amazing gaps and ups in this vid but his style is sooo manic...!
