grantham
Hi all, I have a 2011 hs11 and I just cannot get a decent bleed with it. I am trying with water. I have tried several different ways but none of them seem to work. Has anyone else had problems or bled one successfully with water?

As you pushin the fluid through with a syringe slowly pull the lever and release slowly makin sure you keep lots of pressure on the syringe to stop the air coming back in. do it a few times till you see no bubbles. j-bonham@hotmail.com
I've bath bled mine any it's absolutly awesome! Blew all the oil out first with a track pump, and ran warm water through it for a while to make sure it's clear of any residue oil. filled up the bath, and done the norm. see "revolvers" guide to a bath bleed. the only differance with the 2011 magura is you have to unscrew the hose on the lever till 2/3 threads are showing. this opens up the bleed hole. It did take a while till all the air " bubbles" stopped coming out, I just kept tapping the slaves/ lever to disloge any that coulda been stuck. Hope you sort it, with a nice bleed they work / feel so nice to use.
