Greetings
Topic explains itself really. I'd get the Hex but it's got no disc mount. Also anyone tried one of these frames with a sus fork of around 80mm travel?
multi tasking male
i guess it could work, theres quit a bit of room in the chain stay so i dont see why it wouldnt, only thing is that it would make the bb a bit higher but apart from that i cant see a problem with doing it. chris
Greetings
That was my initial guess but after inspecting the pics, the Hex has a lot more tyre clearance. The BB yoke is very different despite the chainstay length being the same in the Hex and 4play. Edited January 28, 2011 by Greetings
SamKidney
Magura wouldnt line up. Mounts would be below the rim. So unless your running brakeless it wouldnt work. Just get a HEX edit; Just realised you wanted to run disc! Should work fine Edited January 28, 2011 by Echo Lite
Greetings
Thanks buddy, but "should work fine" won't help if the wheel doesn't fit. Looking for a yes/no answer.

multi tasking male
or get the measurements and work it out chris
SamKidney
surely if the chainstay lengths are the same on both the Hex and the Fourplay then theres no issues there. However seatstay length could be an issue. My dmr Rhythm 24"would take a 26 wheel as the chainstay is long enoungh, but is hampered by seatstays that are too short.
