Gonna fly the south west flag here...

In order of my preference:

Lamorna Cove, nr Lands end

Burrator, Dartmoor

Portland Bill

Portland quarries

Bonehill, Dartmoor

Coombestone Tor, Dartmoor

Cligga head, nr Perranporth, Cornwall

Porthcawl in south wales is also good. Plymouth is good for street.

I like that flying the flag part, that's smart. How technical are they because i'm like a really bad beginner, because i've been spending most of my time fixing my bike.

Apparently is'nt there a really good place in Essex just built purposely for trials?

I need to write these down because if I get any better next year I'm going to try and plan a massive road trip to as many places as possible. But first I seriously need to get good at trials :) So do you know if this place in Essex is good??

All of those are pretty technical natural spots. Where do you live?

I would never have really classed Oxford as one of the best in the UK? Bristol is good though, really love going there.

2 things - I grew up in London and wouldn't say it was one of the best for street. You get kinda used to what you have and it gets boring.

Secondly, certain places have loads of stuff for beginners and thats it whereas others have just bigger stuff. Your skill level plays a part as to whether its a good place or not.

from what I have seen of london, it has tons and tons of great spots, loads of fla tbanks, random 70s architecture and mazes of housing estates. The usual places people go are really over done and misses out on some amazing places.

Oxford was one of the better places I have been too, seemed to be quite a lot of good stuff to ride.
