Captain Scarlet Posted January 17, 2011 Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 Right, just got my mac recently, updated my software to get the app store, I log in with my Apple ID and without even thinking about it it comes back with "Connection Failed" in red text, the same also happens on iTunes. I was hoping it would be a one off server issue but it's been the same for days now... is it just me? or is there anything I can do to rectify the problem? Tomm Posted January 17, 2011 Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 It's a known error - Something about needing to agree with the T+Cs. I'm sure google can answer the question better, but I believe the fix is to sign out of iTunes and restart the PC, then sign back into iTunes.
