Ali C
narr I wasn't having a dig, but is there anyone who isn't still learning? I bet Gilles learns new stuff and I know Mr Macaskill learns new things often.
Alex Dark
I dont see why people are having a dig at light bikes all of a sudden?! When I rode your stinger back at the Trial of Wessex Ali that was incredibly light-weight I'm tiny and kind of have to have a lightish bike so i can man it around, at least thats my excuse for drilling and customising bits on mine ; on top of that its good to experiment with designs and concepts. If i had the money and time I'd make a good lot of my bike....

Ali C
use a super light bike for when you are in the world champs. (mainly talking about tyres and stuff her) When I rode your stinger back at the Trial of Wessex Ali that was incredibly light-weight I was entering comps including UCI world champs, hence the light bike. Ali C
was around 9.3kg I think, the lightest bike I have ever had
Canardweb
Thanks everyone. Ali, I think you are completely right. We are all learning new stuff, like on every new rocks we ride on. About light bikes, the Marino was round 10,5 when it had rideable things built on it. I just enjoy the feeling the light mist chimera gives.
