Miles Mallinson
When I'am editing videos on Adobe it normally say Not Responding whilst I'am using it for a while then it crashes and brings up a crash report, does anyone know why this happens, is it because I need an external hard drive. Also when I add media it takes ages for it too render the background is this normal or is it again something to do with memory?
dannytrialskid
Is it a crack or a legit copy?

dannytrialskid
It came on my Dell Inspiron 17 from Dell so I'm guessing its thing Hmmm... Well if it come with you comp / laptop then it is legit, just checking because sometimes cracked versions leave out files or have a virus that stops programmes working. Do the following: Disk Cleanup - This gets rid of all the shit that your computer doesn't need. Don't worry it wont remove your stuff, just the temp files. Check all the boxes so that they are 'ticked' and do that, normally gets rid of around 500mb at a time on mine. Do it every few months. If not then go on the Adobe forum or create a support ticket and ask them. Or email them. ALSO If you have less than 20GB on your comp uninstall any programs you don't use or need, your system will run reallllllyyyy slow when under 20GB. If you don't want to remove any programs then yes get an external harddrive, because your system will then 'steal' some of that memory to run the system faster. dannytrialskid
Ok thanks I'll try that disk clean thing, hopefully that will work. If you have never done it, it will probably get rid of around 1GB worth. Did my sisters laptop earlier because hers was running slow and it got rid of 3GB because she hasn't done it since she got it. Obviously if you haven't had it long it won't get rid of as much as that, but should do a decent amount I reckon. Go to your computer and highlight over your main drive (C or A) drive, how much memory you got left?
