What Part Of My Brake Is Leaking?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, need some help here. My hs33 is definitly leaking from somewhere as there is always fluid on the lever and it get's worse whenever I use it. However I don't know if it's the piston that's leaking or if it's the bolt holding the cable into the lever that isn't done up enough, as it sticks out a bit. My friend said I need a new piston but I didn't show him the bolt as he had gone by the time I discovered it. So do I buy a new piston or not?

Cheers

PS. it's an 03 lever if you needed to know.

Oh cheers mate, that helps a lot. Okay I'll get it sent to you this week if you give me your adress. Do you have royal blood because I'm buying that in a brake service and it would be more convinient if you bled it with the same stuff i'm getting.

Cheers again bud.
