Pacelforce Tracking Service

Just a quick question about the parcel force tracking service. What is the final stage before it will get deliverd at my house?

This is the progress so far:

Date Time Location Tracking Event

30-12-2010 06:24 National Hub Received and processed

29-12-2010 19:21 5330054 Forwarded for processing

24-12-2010 12:31 Newcastle Depot Collected from customer

23-12-2010 16:42 Sherburn Collected from Post Office

Obviously it got sent over christmas and snow back log etc. So i'm not really complaing. Just want to know when my parcel will be here.

So does "National Hub Received and processed" mean it's on back of a truck on it's way at some point today?

Very much doubt it'll arrive tomorrow, as it's not a working day. My guess would be local depot overnight then delivery 4th Jan.

That better not be true. I need a parcel to arrive.

Seriously you'll probably know more than me but tomorrow is just a normal Friday?

EDIT:

Wed 29 Dec 2010 Normal deliveries and collections

Thu 30 Dec 2010 Normal deliveries and collections

New Year's Eve

Fri 31 Dec 2010 Normal deliveries. Saturday time collections

from pillar boxes and Post Office® branches.

Business collections by prior arrangement only

New Year's Day

Sat 1 Jan 2011 No deliveries or collections

Mon 3 Jan 2011 No deliveries or collections

Tue 4 Jan 2011 Normal deliveries and collections except in Scotland.

Hrm. It seems to be classed as a 'normal' day by Royal Mail, yeah, but not by any of our couriers (APC, DPD, FedEx or UPS)... Maybe PF will fall under RM? Hope they do for your sakes!

Edit: Had a further search and can't really find anything conclusive... :( All the specific dates seem to be posted on the RM site, however it does include info about PF pre-Christmas, so hopefully 31st will be a normal day for PF! http://www2.royalmail.com/greetings
