Jon Alty
Basicly, everytime i ride, i get sore feet, even if i only ride for 30 mins. Atm using just a normal set of "stylish" trainers, so not really suitable for the job. Anyone recommend a decent pair of shoes i can buy that wont hurt my feet ? This if you can get a block patern sole like the new Adio's your onto a winner, they're like wearing lock ons but you can acctually escape. eskimo
It helps if you bed your skate shoes in. Also go for some slimline ones, the full phat ones are overkill.

I like thick soled ones though, the slimline ones always hurt my poor little feets.
Jon Alty
I like thick soled ones though, the slimline ones always hurt my poor little feets. thats what im finding atm with my "casual" trainers, feet just start dying after like 30 mins lols. what would be more suitable, a pair of mid tops like; http://www.schuh.co.uk/mens-black-and-red-vans-skink-mid/3400447330 or just some traditional skate shoes like; http://www.schuh.co.uk/mens-black-etnies-fader/3416007060 or would both be just as ideal? I would look at actual trials shoes, but theyre like £80 and you cant wear those anywhere else

guy13
i have had a pair of try-all shoes, the best i have ever ridden in. But the soles wore through very quickly and i went back to skate shoes. If money was no issue then try-all's all the way, they were like riding in socks for feel but with the comfort of slippers. alex-trials-boy
Vans or Nike 6.0 My vans lasted me bout 6-7 months on my bike fantastic for only £49.99 a bargain. But little more money for Nike 6.0 and your away so comfortable and the soles last think as a shoe i paid £69.99 for them good shoe though
Dan6061
I had some Nike 6.0 mid-tops before, and they were really good! - Comfy, slight ankle support, grippy. Now have some £30 Duffs mid-tops, and they're just as good. Just took longer for the soles to soften up a bit.
Cresswell_d
Money is kinda an issue when your 18 Yeah I know that feeling I've been there before. Your best bet go to Sports Direct and try on the skate shoes. I got these and they are amazing for riding. But that is what I think 'cos I've been wearing skate shoes for 15 years of my life. So get down to a Donney/Sports Direct, skate shop or a TK Maxx. Try on some shoes! Daz. Edited December 28, 2010 by Cresswell_d
