Rob.
Just bought a new rim for my tryall h hub and realised my hub is a 36H instead of 32H , i really cannot be assed to spend 105pounds on another tryall hub. So is there anyway i can use my 36h as a 32h? need quick reply thank you

ghostrider88
just leave two and two oposite spoke holes empty, that´s all.
JD™
Yea, you want 2 holes opposite each other on one flange left clear, and then 2 holes opposite on the other flange, but 90* round from the first ones, so that in effect you've got spoke holes free, and equally spaced. The other option is sending the rim back and buying one with the right amount of holes?

JD™
Well in that case it's your only choice, so it won't really matter if it looks stupid anyway! But no, it shouldn't look too different to a normal wheel, but when I've done it I've never actually gone so far as to check it against another wheel. Theta2
I have a 32h rim laced on to a 36h hub, 4 empty spoke holes, looks and works absolutely fine
