Iphone Unlocking.

Anyone?

It really depends on what iOS it's on, it can vary a bit for each one. Once you know what its running then I'm sure google could sort you out.

I'm not sure if it's still the case but a while back, quite a few of the new Basebands that Apple were updating the phones with couldn't be unlocked so either buy one that's been unlocked already or get one you know for sure you can do yourself.

Maybe, but also cydia takes bloody years to load and you can't update the software can you?

Edit: bloody iPod auto correct!

To be honest you're best off going to the network it's on and asking if they can do it. Phone shops can do it without jail breaking, but you can't update it unless you don't mind unlocking it every time you do.

You're best off getting one that's already 'sim free'.
