Captain Scarlet Posted December 19, 2010 Report Share Posted December 19, 2010 Literally just about to start building this disc wheel, noticed that on the t-master disc hub the flanges are really in different in size. When lacing the smaller flange it catches the larger opposite flange. I've only built on equal sized flanges, is it just a case of politely bending the spokes to overcome this..? I hate it when it comes to lacing mine, just have to do a bit of gentle bending I tend to spray a bit of WD40 on the spokes which helps sliding them through easier. Nice gentle bend on it which you can wrap the spoke around so there's no sharper angle/corner, but a lovely smooth bend to feed through the spoke hole Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
