the lever feels good, it's not that spungy, only a tiny little bit, but i can't bleed it better, and the pads are moving out as they are suposed to. on a ride today i put water on it and drove with the brake pulled, it helpt a bit, should i just repeat it in every ride?:) sorry for my poor english:)

there is no oil or so on them.

Are you sure?! If everything else is ok as you say then the pads or rotor must be contaminated. Try boiling the pads and rotor in water and then sticking the pads in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes. (Wait for them to cool down) then refit and re-bed in using water or whatever. See if that makes a difference.

is spirit okay to clean it with?:) maybe i could clean it and the boil it?

spirit is alright aswell if I remember correctly. I'm not sure if you would want to heat the disc, I think it could warp if not handled correctly, spirit or alcohol should be sufficient.

how do i set up my caliper totally square?

The proper way is to get the mount faced. Any good bike shop should be able to do it but they'll probably charge a good £20-£25 for it. The other option is to cut some thin caliper spacer washers in half to try and take account for any misalignment. You'd also need to play with the number of washers at each mount to get the pad sitting straight on the rotor of course.
