Kieran Morrison Posted December 14, 2010 Report Share Posted December 14, 2010 Hey. Well, i split my hose a few nights ago, and if i wait for help from my uncle i wont be riding till the 28th. Sooooo the only way to learn is to do it myself. Only thing is, I dont know where to start. So basicaly wanting to know, how do i take the hose of the bit thats at the lever body, and once thats done should i use a stanley knife to cut it? Then, how do i get it back on. Kieran. you just under the bolt that the hose goes into. the bolt (when undone ) will like slide down the hose. so take it off. the olive will stay on and wont come off .. cut to correct lengh. put a new olive on then bolt. and done. not sure what you cut it with hope i helped Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

fatwomble Posted December 14, 2010 Report Share Posted December 14, 2010 an olive is the bit on the left. If a plastic hose a stanley knife will be fine.
