Little Yoshi
Hi i have recently changed my stem and bars and since then my headset has been really loose i cant seem to work out the problem i also put a new starnut in and it seemed fine i have obviously tried to tighten it but it still has play. Is the stem clamping down on the headset? Maybe the fork steerer is to long.
Ashes
Get one of those headset spacers (i think thats what there called) and it will pull everyhing together nicely Not the best explained but in summary get a headset spacer. Mark W
If you take your top cap off, check and see what the gap's like between the top of your forks and the top of your stem. You'll need at least a couple of mm in there. Depending on your fork steerer tube thickness and the top cap you're running, you may need a fair bit more. But yeah, just have a look and it should become fairly obvious
