dannytrialskid
Wow, they are all really nice. I like that Neon X-Ray in Red! Just saw these on Tartybikes and they are decently priced too!
Jamie_Trials
Neon x-ray graphics and Born Ultimatum frame would be really nice. The booster on the Born looks tough as hell! The x-ray doesn't look as heavy as it is. It just looks a bit pathetic and half done other than the graphics
Mark W
The x-ray doesn't look as heavy as it is. It's lighter than an Onza Comp frame, lighter than a FANS, etc. It's not a heavy frame at all, especially considering how cheap they are. That price is also why it isn't an all-singing, all-dancing CNC'd behemoth. It's just a simple frame with some gussets where they're needed, and 'plain' tubing. It's difficult to really do much more at that price point...
Ali C
new 26" frame with a reasonable bb height shocker!!!!!!! (because simple in case you were yourself quite simple )
rab shropshire
i do like the geo of the because 26" but i think the graffics look a little cheap and nasty Edit: just seen the price of the because 26" you cant really complain at that price Edited December 8, 2010 by rab shropshire
Jon Alty
Would it be possible to photograph the underside of the downtube to show the 'ripple' on the Born? Also dont understand what is meant by Hydro-formed ? Going to see what the slate 3 is like, then decide between that, the born and maybe the slate 2 . X-Ray looks cool in black though and the because is just beast for the price .
Laurence--Trials
Quite liking that range.. not a fan of some of those geo's though (20")

Oh right ok, saw they were labelled as "On Order" still so thought they may still be available. Thanks alot for the pic (was it on the website? didnt look hard enough i guess), and cheers for the link to hydroforming, i guess the metal is heated first to make it more durable? The ripple only goes down like 30cm on the down tube (by the looks of things)? I guess the triangle shape of the ripple increases the strength, therefore reducing chance of denting? Seems alot of design thought has gone into this, along with the triangular chainstays etc, all using stronger shapes than standard tubing. Leaning more towards the born now . Thanks for your help Adam.

Sorry if it didn't come through right , was trying to say it looks like it would be like the lightest trials frame ever just looking at the tubing and such. Like sayyyy... the Rockman Bjorn looks a lot bulkier and as if i would weigh more but surprisingly not EDIT: Oh fair enough didn't see what it's made out of, you still get my point right? kristaps
Born Ultimatum 20'' is awesome..something like koxx sky
Rusevelt
All the frames here look swish apart from the paint scheme on Neon 'BOW' range which look a bit pants. The frame weight of the 'Because' stock at that price range is pretty remarkable
bikeperson45
Too long, all of them. X-ray graphics are pretty jazzy though
Rob.
Could any of the graphics on the mod neon xray be taken off? not right keen on the splatter thingy towards the top of the frame.
Mark W
Not without quite a lot of effort. They're not just stickers, if that's what you meant...
davey1991
I really don't like any of them, they all have intresting / nice features but they're all ruined in some way.
isitafox
Oh dear, things have just got difficult. Do I now go for the brand new Born, save £50 and get the 2010 without the booster, or save even more and get the X-Ray with almost exact Slate II geo??!! My brain hurts! Thanks for your help Adam. Yeah that's so people can set up a stock update request for when the 3 is in. The pic is in the 2010 version of the frame. The metal isn't heated, as that would make it weaker. Yeah the ripple isn't all the way. Yes, as it states, the triangular shaped chainstays are to help resist denting. It seems like it's had a lot of thought gone into it, yeah, wouldn't be my personal choice but that's the beauty of so many frame designs being available now! AdamR28
Doh Indeed Keeps the cost down though, only need to make one type of left hand dropout and it goes on both 20" and 26" frames...
