Themistoklidis
Hey guys,I'm having a problem with the chain tugs on my onza zoot.At first i had the onza chain tugs, which after 2 weeks of riding, the one thats at the side of the chain, snapped. At the moment i have a pair of gusset kojack tugs, and the problem is that the hole on the tugs is bigger than the bolts and the right bolt keeps digging the tug hole towards the cranks.Plus the tug keeps bending. What am i doing wrong? SamKidney
if you could find four washers with an inner diameter of the axle and an outer diameter larger than the tug. Tug on, two washers on, bolt. Same for opposite side. As for the tugs bending, leave the wheel loose, allign wheel with tug bolts, tighten wheel. Give each tug bolt a little nip, just under a quarter of a turn. has always worked for me EDIT: Snail Cams for the win really Edited December 11, 2010 by Echo Lite

ogre
if that doesn't work, consider drilling the frame and putting bolts in for snail cams, or look on bmx websites for some heavier duty cams or try wheel slammers...
RossMcd
What i done was have the tensioners on the inside of the frame. works a treat. just a bugger to get in.
