Exactly the same as me. Facebook and Trials-Forum has been my life this winter. Can't wait for decent weather then it's riding non-stop. I just watched 3 - 5 hours of trials videos yesturday so that was fun :)

WheresTheSeat Series is good -Vimeo Link to all WheresTheSeat Videos

Develop arm muscles.

Clear your path, then ride...

Facebook gets boring now, sledging is decent when you are on a big steep hill then like snowboard down it and faceplant :L trials videos, drawing can be quite time consuming aswell. Get an xbox or a ps3 if you have the money for either and use them they are quite good. Or a wii.

[Additional generic masturbation joke]

Was waiting for this, its usualy jack chinnery who makes these jokes on TF though lol

out of interest, what do people actually do on facebook to waste so much time? I go on there every other day, see if anyone I know has done anything interesting...maybe update my profile thing then leave.

Oh, if you want to do something different, check out Fantastic Contraption (1 and 2)

Chat to mates usually on facebook. Even though there is sod all to do on it I still manage to waste hours.

Youtube is good for boredom. Last time i checked before they got rid of the "how many videos have you watched" thing I was on about 40 odd thousand LOL.

Wander the streets and tell strangers the story of how you got your name.

Read, get a pet turtle, learning how to use Adobe Flash captivated my interest for a while, get an epic garage and make custom trials parts, my mate does those online IT courses, be a dick on fb and give everyone shit, design t-shirts, learn how to use after effects/sony vegas for trials video editing, do that thing where you go into your mind and practice something so you can get better at riding and not have to go outside, make a fort out of your bed, a load of pillows and various things from around your house, knit, table tennis, indoor extreme sports, make an obstacle course from things around your house and complete it as fast as you can, make a Rube Goldberg machine around your house, get a wolf mask and wait patiently in cupboards until your mum/dad/flatmate/other half/elderly relative opens said cupboard and jump out at them.

I always have it on a seperate tab, then I see myself flicking to it back and forth. Then I just end up leaving that tab on (then I walk out to the kitchen and get facebook raped, often)

At the risk of sounding like a 'square', what about some volunteering? It doesn't have to take up loads of time, just one night a week (for example), and can really help with boredom etc. In some cases it can almost be like a real job (except you don't get paid) and it looks pretty good on your CV and can help with real jobs. Plus you get a buzz from making a difference to people, it keeps you occupied for X hours a week, gets you out the house and away from computer games, etc.

I volunteered one night a week at a local centre for disabled people for 5+ years, went on to work in a care home for a few years afterwards (one of the 'best' jobs I've had) and every employer I've had since has serioulsy bummed that part of my CV.

Jus' sayin'
