N.Wood
Take bolt out and hit the inside of the crank outwards using a bit of wood and a hammer. Ride with them for a bit. Head to Halfords.
Matt Burrows
Take the bolts off and go ride until they work loose. Use a punch and a hammer and a lot of brute force. Heating the crank arms up can make both of these options easier. Also both can damage the cranks if you're not careful.
monkeyseemonkeydo
both can damage the cranks and BB if you're not careful. Fix'd.
