Luke Dunstan
Snow has just started coming down pretty hard now and is setting. Is that in London? EDIT: Just started snowing in Reading, though it's weird, looks like polystyrene balls. Edited December 17, 2010 by xDUNSTANx
Object
The snow (all 20 minutes of it last night) may as well have been a dream. London is definitely rideable. I spoke 45 minutes too early. We've got settled snow on the floor now which has only been falling for 15 minutes.
JDâ„¢
I spoke 45 minutes too early. We've got settled snow on the floor now which has only been falling for 15 minutes. Thanks for the update, I'm chatting to various people up there keeping me updated and it's not looking good!
Rusevelt
The snow was only brief here in Greater London about 20mins, but now we've got epic clear blue skies for miles sun. If it stays like this over the weekend, the settled snow should be a distant memory......well maybe as the air is still arctic cold.

Hannah Shucksmith
Around three inches here where I am in Bournemouth. Only about 2 and a half inches of snow - still, it's enough for the country to SHUT DOWWWWN.
Luke Dunstan
That's what I'm hoping for. Would be better if it had waited until tomorrow so people can get away.

eskimo
I wish it would either snow properly or just gtfo with these 1cm downfalls which mess everything up. I live on a steep hill and work outdoors. Seems the south have some coming tomorrow. We still got January to get through yet.
