sandeeebeach219
Hey I have just fitted together my new mod and discovered that the chain is honestly about 2mm from the frame at the chainstay. I have a trialtech screw on sprocket and an echo sl freewheel on the front. chainline is fine, just dont know why the chain is almost touching the frame Its really hard to get pics so i wont be able to put any up. sorry. Anyone got any idea? Cheers

Joe Papasnap Maher
Don´t understand why are you crying if it´s not actually touching it... It probably will.. lol when theres tension, or lack of tension, it will hit on the frame and rub. I had the same problem with my echo light. How i sorted it, was, but putting a washer, next to my snail cam on the inside of the frame, so when u do the bolts up on the rear wheel..the frame is moved out 2-3mm. Hope this helps? Julius Czar
Not a significant amount, if its only a washer..
Franksx2005
Yeh thats a good idea mate, but wont that make the chainline squint? It wont move the bb or the hub, just the chain stays a tiny amount, so it shouldnt affect your chain line.
