JackMeek
Let me guess. The pixels are all wrong... What on gods earth leads you to think thats photoshopped? Its the lighting dude. Have a peek at pic three. The lighting makes no sense. Google sketch is totally capable of doing this. Im not trying to start any photo war. But how weird are the lines and light. In google sketch you can make a "component" (finished object) which lets say is the whole frame down to every perfect measurement. Once at that stage you can put it in any position of relation to the perspective of a existing shot taken of a bike with measurements similar. Its really not that difficult to do. Which is why i think this pic might be a fake. Who do we ask to back up this photo is genuine. Or maybe i have had to much crack lol. craigjames
Think it's the crack. Just looks like it's normal photo taken using a flash.

Mark W
Doubt the 2011 range will be revised that much though it would nice for the 07-08 Typhoon to make a comeback next year as i always felt that the GU LE was a watered down Typhoon which failed to make the same oh my god impact the Typhoon had. The GU LE is unchanged for next year, and there's no addition to the GU range. The new 20" and 26" Echo frames don't have the Lite/Team/Pure/Control names (or any name), no length options, just 4-bolt+disc for the mod and 4-bolt for the 26". I'd imagine they'll be a bit different, especially judging from how this frame looks compared to the Piranha/Pitbull.

Its a pity you wont be able to get these in before the increase in VAT comes into effect next year.
Mark W
Christmas was the main thing really. We were told a while back they had some new frames planned and originally were under the impression they'd be for sale before Christmas, but now it's going to be nearer February or so. Not ideal! We've e-mailed Echo/Zoo for some clarification about the new range (e.g. geometry, photos, designs, etc.) so hopefully we'll be in a slightly more informed position some time soon... Sponge
Agreed, it seems they haven't updated that site in over a year. I'm inclined to think that promoting preview pictures and info of new products for the new year would only help garner interest and increase the chances of people wanting to buy them? Seemed to work out pretty well when he first released CAD images of the Adamant A3 and other 07 frames. Same goes for the pre-release of the Lynx/Piranha? Sponge
After reading that all the new Deng frames are coming with Spanish BBs, that got me thinking a little... since in BMX it all got simplified in the headtube and BB region at some point this decade with the Mid/Spanish BBs and the Integrated (not Internal) headsets... Would it be plausible to expect integrated headtubes on trials frames in the future? For those that aren't familiar, it's just the headtube is machined in such a way that it takes an angular sealed bearing that just plops in, so no real demand for facing or pressing in cups.I suppose you'd lose a bit of weight too? I guess it'd just make bike maintenance that little bit simpler too since the risk of flaring and worrying about perfectly parallel sitting cups isn't an issue anymore. Seems to work well on my Flatland BMX, no wobble or heard of any other street hackers having any issues? Though so far two little quirks come to mind: -Machining out aluminium headtubes to fit integrated headsets might not be as 'foolproof' as a steel BMX headtube? Softer metal... -You'd need fairly competent quality control to make sure that everything actually fits together properly. Mark, you probably know a bit more about integrated than I do so if there's any tweaks that need to be ironed out...! Just an idea that popped into my head, but hey it's fun to imagine...
