Mark W
You don't have to be an engineer to figure out the recent trend towards1500grams frames compared to past deng frames of around 2 kilos. One of the T-Bone proto frames I rode was around 7lbs. That broke after 2 weeks. The much lighter version lasted a good few months. A lighter, well-designed frame can still outlast a heavier, badly-designed frame. I'm not saying that the old Deng frames were badly-designed, but I am saying that if they've done their homework with this one it doesn't have to be weak. Is there even a weight quoted for this anywhere? Couldn't see one on Neil's site... Anyways - I quite like the look of it. Looks like a 'better' version of the Piranha/Pitbull from the past, e.g. the same curvy toptube setup as the Piranha, but the Pitbull's sideplate setup. The two-tone fade looks cool, and I like the more subtle ZOO! graphics too. If this is the usual sort of Deng price I can see it doing pretty well. Ali C
I actually like it. It looks like its had thought put into the whole frame rather than thrown together. The colour is cool too as is the weight. Lets hope its a good price too.
matt.price
so glad they have finally got rid of those green box things with zoo in them ... :) Edited November 21, 2010 by matt.price
Greetings
It's definitely a step forward but I can't help thinking it looks cheapish. Price wise I'm going to guess it'll be a bit more expensive than the '09 LE is due to the extra CNCing here and there.
315r
I really like it! I always have liked Zoo!'s stile, but vertical drop outs and excessive street-oriented geometry scared me to buy a new one. Now, with this new style I love it. I hope they'll do a shorter option, like 1065 or something like that. If yes, probably I'll get one next year.

Please tell me i am not the only one that can see this is PHOTOSHOP or GOOGLE SKETCH. Good job who ever did that. Has there been any confirmation this frames getting built? craigjames
Not so win that it says they use Spanish style BB
J Harris
apart from the zoo boa when it first came out, this is the only other zoo frame i actually like the look of, rides really nice, and for what it is aparently it is going to be very affordable
Matt Burrows
Not so win that it says they use Spanish style BB More like epic win! Its about time they started using it on more frames, I might have to buy one just because of that and the horizontal dropouts.
Mark W
I've been sort of hoping it'd come in for a while. Bigger bearings = longer life. Weight of the BB itself is almost identical to a comparatively priced one (e.g. Try-All ISIS = 260g, Echo Urban = 262g). I've had a press-fit (either Spanish or Mid) on my BMX for ages and they're pretty good in that capacity.
Sponge
New frames sound nice! Though I'm happy with what I have! Could be nice if Deng offered different axle lengths other than 128mm, just for those who are having major alignment issues with wide BBs! Phatmike
Forks the same colour as the headtube would be ultimate win. Agreed. Looks pretty pimp.
Rusevelt
Very much so. Should be good seeing what all the new Echo frames look like. Doubt the 2011 range will be revised that much though it would nice for the 07-08 Typhoon to make a comeback next year as i always felt that the GU LE was a watered down Typhoon which failed to make the same oh my god impact the Typhoon had. Mikee
Agreed. Looks pretty pimp. YES! I do like the look of that frame alot. Looks very simple and neat with the smaller 'wings'. Love the fade with the subtle graphics aswell. Better than a big green in your face ZOO!.
