Sweet and solid at the same time, deffo change the stem for what Mark is running on his Hex or, get 2-3in risers.

Mark who? Mark Westlake with the fourplay?

I'm going to give a shorter higher set up a go tonight. 100mm 10deg stem and 2.5 bar. I dont think i'd go any shorter than that. I hate feeling the front wheel being miles infront of me.

Well I use the cams to tension the chain. The hole drilled in the cam for the hub axle is off centre. When I spin the cam round the chain tightens up.

I sit the wheel in the dropouts, slide in the cams from the outside so the meet the hub then align the cam with the axle. The cam bottoms out inside the frame so it cant slide any further in. When I put my QR through the axle and tighten it up, the set up isnt going anywhere (sideyways).

I then spin the cams round until the chain gets tight then tighten the bolts which hold in the cams.

That clear enough?

Have a read at this link for more info.
