dann2707
DMR V8's are great. Seem pretty hard wearing too, great grip until the grub screws come out but they can be cheaply replaced.

sandeeebeach219
I like wellgo MG-1s DMR and Welgo arent the best in my opinion simple because of the weight. You can get ones of the same quality which are much lighter. Echo TR platform and caged are great. Light and relatively cheap too. Also, if your interested the come in like 10000000 different colours.

sandeeebeach219
Ok then hit me with some weights and prices and 'qualities'. DMR V8 pedals - 530g. £25 ish. Echo TR caged - 309g. £35 Echo TR platform - 358g. £45 But DMR arent trials specific whereas echo are a trials brand.

davidbarr
even if the dmr's aren't 'super lightweight' they're reliable, and in the end it doesn't really matter if your pedals are heavy or not considering that you're standing on them. sandeeebeach219
Light weight trials gay spotted. Ehm fine, just tryin to help the guy....i would prefer a lighter bike cos its much easier to work with but whatever. may i ask how heavy your bike is? mod or stock? CalopS
I would stay clear of the Echo caged ones. Mine and my friends cracked on the body in the same place after a couple of months. Its a shame because the cages held up really well to bashes when compared to other caged pedals.
Alex Dark
I like wellgo MG-1s Best pedals I've used DMR V8 pedals - 530g. £25 ish. Echo TR caged - 309g. £35 Echo TR platform - 358g. £45 But DMR arent trials specific whereas echo are a trials brand. Tr caged crack on the body, TR flats just dont grip your shoes like threaded pin pedals like V8's or MG1's. Import some Mg1's on ebay.com, under £30 i think? craigjames
Think MG-1s are the the way to go if you don't like caged pedals. Probably the nicest feeling and fairly light too, cheap off ebay

forteh
Welgo MG1, if you can pick up the ti axle versions for cheap (mine cost 30 quid) then do so because theyre stonkingly light for platform pedals
Ali C
my only issue with DMR pedals is how small they are. the actual platform you stand on is noticeably smaller than any other pedal, plus they are quite thick so they are easier to roll and shin yourself than a thinner pedal is. Ali C
narr, I find Mark's pair very grippy indeed. the only issue with them is they make a noise similar to a small mammal in pain when spun at the correct speed.

Sponge
I know these pedals have been talked about before... but just wondering what the current verdict is on these? Quite cheap...
