LordMersey
Hello Itunes will not see my ipod nano 5th gen with the latest update, it told me when i first plugged it in to unplug and to reinstall it which I have done. Nothing happened, so I tried repairing it. Now it doesn't even see the ipod where my computer does. All help welcome Cheers JLM

Could give Apple a call and see if they'd repair it, then again someone might have a quick fix.

Tomm
You should be able to recover it. Most ipods have a recovery mode which you get by holding down various buttons. I'm not going to google it for you
