crispyboy
Hey guys, Just been on Tribal Zine and seen that Benito now runs slick tyres on alot of occasions. First i saw him riding just street with the slicks but then i just saw him on natural. Is he just a serious weight weenie or do they accually work well ? Thanks and discuss your experiences with us/me

Azarathal
Angle grind / cut the side nobbles off and wear down the middle section.
gu trials
Hey guys, Just been on Tribal Zine and seen that Benito now runs slick tyres on alot of occasions. First i saw him riding just street with the slicks but then i just saw him on natural. Is he just a serious weight weenie or do they accually work well ? slick tyres, give more bounce and more of the tyre is in contact with the floor so balance is a little bit easier but like i said mainly to get the extra bounce. Thanks and discuss your experiences with us/me can i add a little question? how do you make slick tyres? cut all the nobbles off with a knife and spin it around on a belt sander a few times, just dont press to hard on it and itl be fine
Jamie_Trials
They do work well, but in the wet you're ducked. Stick with normal tyres unless its mostly bald, then just chop the sides off. Oh yeah, echo slick is le ca ca, don't bother Edited November 10, 2010 by Jamie_Trials
