you no that video u showed me in stead of using a chain and vice can i use one of them tools with the chain on it and do it that way because i dont have a vice handy thanks

Try a chainwhip tool if you have one, it may break though as they aren't really meant to be forced in that way. Or your other option is to get an old flat head screwdriver and hammer it off, remember to hammer it left not right as this will tighten it.
