Jamie_Trials
First of all the trackstand, its basically balancing on both wheel at a near standstill. Then you wanna move on to pedal kicks, can help you get loads more variation in your riding. Watch this video and see what you can pickup. http://vimeo.com/10772712

quicksilver
hey guys I bought an onza t pro summer last year after watching a video of danny mackaskill and I've never had any doubts that it was one of the most sensible decisions of my life!!! I am not very good yet as I have to fit in riding at weekends and after work but I would reccommend just riding your bike AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!! you will be suprised how soon you start to get the feel of your bike and you will naturally want to progress. another thing is to join a group of local trials rider if you can or just watch videos to give you ideas then copy! hope this helps!! lucky luke.
