Rockman
Hello all Was wondering if the V!Z Rear Hole Rim is any good, or is it weak ? or does it bend easy ? Thanks Shane x
Gandalf the Yellow
depends what sort of rear brake set up you use, disc will be fine, whatever else will be shite, they don't grind well and doesn't work with most pads out there. strength is alright, might as well get an onza diamond or tryall/rockman one/trialtech. Matt Vandart
I'm interested if it will work with a disc, those offset holes could be a problem. Can anyone confirm that they do in fact work with disc calipers withoit hitting the spokes, laced up standard 3 x?
trialsiain
Hello all Was wondering if the V!Z Rear Hole Rim is any good, or is it weak ? or does it bend easy ? Thanks Shane x You just got a new rim shane!!!
laurent
For me they work fine. Braking is good with tnn bealey pads. These rims are probably not the strongest out there, but they are light. If you don't ride very hard and don't ride very big stuff, i think they can hold on. I ride one for about a year now with no trouble at all. Regarding the "grinding problem", i didn't notice anything for now.
