Painting The Frame

So, my problem will be a little bit hard to describe as i really dont know english words for this :)

Id like to paint my Zoo lynx frame to black....

i dont want to paint it by myself i will (yea now comes the hard part -.-) "dust" the frame which will remove the actual painting... differently said is spraying sand on the frame which kinda grind off the paintings....

And i want to paint it with(again hard part) heating powder color.... which is applying the new colour to frame and than put it in oven which will make it stiff... hard to scratch etc... for example monty frames have such paintings i think.... The problem is that iam kinda afraid of the temperature in oven... one of my friends have done it to his frames and it looks totally awsum.... so what do you think? can the heat damage a dengs zoo lynx? :D

If u have personal experience with this would be nice to post

Thanks ;)

I personally don't think heat would damage the frame, you're not going to be subjecting it to temperatures enough to melt/bend it.

So it should be fine.

But if your in any doubt, ring someone who does sand blasting (firing sand to remove paint) then ring someone who does the powder coating, just to be on the safe side.

It may also help to ask the powder coater what kind of temperature and paints to use too.

If you have any doubts.

My head hurts from the lack of sense.

Hows your Russian coming along? (Only guessing because he doesn't say country other than non UK) If it's as good as his English then continue on your high horse. Otherwise, kindly bugger off.

For anyone else as lazy as Lee, the guy is talking about sand blasting his frame to remove the current paint, then powder coating it after. He's worried about the temperature of the oven, and wanted some advice.
