Mark W
At this time of year, most manufacturers are starting to turn their attentions to future ranges. This means it's pretty tricky getting hold of items, hence their not being a lot of stock from Trialtech/Inspired as they're focussing on getting the new Inspired range launched (Although they'll have a lot of stuff back in stock pretty soon), Echo/Zoo are also using their factories to produce new products too meaning it's hard to get their current range back in stock, and so on. The Mono Trial is being gradually phased out hence we have a lot of the new Tech Trial brakes in stock but not many variations of the Mono Trial. Other than that, everything seems pretty normal. EDIT: Oh, and Ryan got banned for 2 days, not indefinitely.

Yeah means there bringing future items out which cost more money and thats why some people would rather buy the cheap alright stuff instead of paying out lots more for just a upgraded item :/

AndyZoo
I don't really know which products you're refering to. The new ones that will be coming out are going to cost more so some people would prefer the cheaper alright items ( not refering to any) The new stock that comes in will be fine but they will be a bit more money for the people that can afford to pay for it as i think the older stock should stay in too as other people might be able to afford the cheaper item (not refering to any) rather than the expensive one. JamT
Also bare in mind that Tartybikes is the biggest and best trials supplier in the UK and they don't have unlimited stock of all their products.

So, you expect companies to carry on producing their entire back catalogue of parts so that you can buy the old stuff? New parts are usually the exact same price than their previous counterparts, I can't remember many parts going up in price from year to year. Mark W
New products don't have to be more expensive though. Most manufacturers maintain their usual price bands depending on their own ranges (e.g. the Echo TR range being less than the SL, and the SL range being less than the Ti range), so simply being new doesn't guarantee they'll be more expensive. There's also no way to keep selling the older ranges as the manufacturers themselves stop making them. If they don't make them, we can't buy them... Hmm true, i don't think ide like to keep making the older ones and i also agree that there not always going up in price just that some items do. Fair point Andy
