Little Yoshi
Been talking with marino for the past couple of days. And now have this to show for it. Geo is the same as the Rockman Tractor. The black lines are to show where I want gussets and the green is for a weld. Thinking of getting it done in the same colour as Ross McArthur had his before it was stripped. So what are your thoughts on her so far? Will keep this updated. UPDATE 1 This is her so far. UPDATE 2 Does anyone else think there should be a supporting arm for the chainstay with the disk on it? Or is steel that strong it dont need one? UPDATE 3 UPDATE 4 UPDATE 5 Shes looking rather jizz worthy do you not think? The last update. Wee clip. Unedited and the music is comeing from my phone. Also excuse the cloths. Just in from work. Ali C
No its not to late but why should i? depends what stem you will use, but a longer headtube will mean fewer spacers and a cleaner, lighter, stronger front end.
Ross McArthur
A short head tube will make your front end feel really low. Ok you can make up for it with stem stackers but that looks shit. My red Marino had a 100mm head tube and it felt bad without loads of spacers plus high stem. 10 or 20 mm extra on what you have will make the difference imo. Stefkeeee
Can Marino build a frame the same as a Koxx silver sky and how much will it cost? Do you need to paint the frame yourself? OT: Nice frame. Do you already have the frame if so how does it ride? Cheers Edited November 10, 2010 by Stefkeeee

OT: Nice frame. Do you already have the frame if so how does it ride? Cheers Marino can just about do anything you want. He sure as hell can build you a frame with Koxx Silver sky geo! No, you don’t have to paint it yourself though you can ask him to leave it "raw" and you can paint it if you want. These pictures are of the build process, so he doesn’t have the frame yet. As for cost, it varies on what material of tubes you would like him to use. High tensile steel - cheaper but a little heavier. 4130 chromo, lighter but a little more expensive. Contact him for details. Marino.com
