It puts it in as USD and says i need to have a bank card issued by the US to transfer the money. Found out the problem. Thank you for contacting Xoom Customer Service regarding your inquiry. Effective from September 29, 2010; Xoom doesn't support an international Debit/Credit Card as payment source for transactions due to a business decision.
