alex-trials-boy
alex i was wondering if you just took the snapped link(s) out and just carried on using it, only an idea. My dad said the same thing lol but the link remover is to small for it cuz it's such a beefy chain but it's getting old so I'll just replace it wif a crapy one till my next order on tarty... Any suggestions anyone??

weirdoku
Gusset Tank chains are overkill. I had one, did give me a piece of mind that it won't snap though. But it is WIDE, it cut into my old frame.
eskimo
You're asking for trouble if you don't switch up chains at least once a year. Plus check it every few rides for any sign of breakages. Buy another collapse, join it well and keep it lightly lubed and it'll be fine. ellis-collins
I actually run a Shadow half link chain and have had no problems at all with it ! It is the strongest chain I have ever owned and I have lots of confidence in my chain when I ride ,also they have excellent reviews too ! They are well worth the money man ! Mark W
They do stretch a hell of a lot though, so on some setups they might not be ideal...
davey1991
No one gonna suggest the KHE or Trialtech chains then? I would seriously advise not using a "Crappy" chain, you and your face may regret it very quickly.
trialsmax04
trialtech are the best. End of.
Mark W
/\ Nothing, apart from the box I suppose. No one gonna suggest the KHE or Trialtech chains then? KHE chains are up there with hens teeth in terms of how easy they are to find. They've been out of stock with the UK distro for months and months now, and there's no expected re-stocking date... craigjames
Whats the difference between a Trialtech Z610 HX and a regular KMC Z610 HX ? *Besides the £4 difference in price. I imagine the Trialtech packaging and the quick links are different (the Trialtech has the better one.)
