Mark W
Danny does massive stuff, so it sort of needs to be stable for that to an extent. Having ridden one, it does sort of feel ideal for that kind of thing. It's not really my cup of tea, but it does feel 'right' in a way. You sort of ride it like an actual bike, as in you're kind of around it and can sort of manipulate/control it a lot, especially compared to something like a normal trials bike where it feels like you're perched up high. monkeyseemonkeydo
Purely out of curiosity, I take it the front hub/axle is incompatible with standard 'Maxle' style QR systems? I'm always taking my front wheel out to get the bike in the car and do like being able to do it with a QR. I'm guessing that system wouldn't work with the design as it stands though. In related news: Do. Want.
AdamR28
The hub/axle is the same as all 20mm bolt through systems, but I'm not sure any of the 'off the shelf' QR style axles would fit in the fork dropout (in terms of thread pitch and the tapers on the axle that are there to keep everything tight). Matthew62
Such a nice bike, i really like the thinking behind it. Although i'm a big fan of Inspired i've never liked their full builds but the Skye complete is almost perfect. I'd rather Saint cranks and maybe a shorter stem, and i don't like trials bars so i'd perhaps prefer something more MTB but have never tried Inspired's, but from my quick and crude calculations it appears as though you could buy the frame kit and buy all the same parts (but with a shorter Hope stem) and Saint cranks in place of the Truvativ's for the same money, so that seems like a good option. If you were to build it up with Saint disc's then you could do it cheaper even - but those blacked out Hope's look incredible! I love how short it is and for want of a better word... it just looks 'right'. Saving starts now! Skoze
I know you're getting a lot, but the price for the frame kit is pretty steep. Can't see too many people forking out that much. That's actually pretty reasonable for what you're getting! As above, saving will start now. This'll definitely replace the 609 if it ever has a horrendous accident/ the chain tensioner pisses me off again
JD™
I think this bike will singlehandedly change my plans for my next bikes colour scheme. There's gonna be so many orange bikes around DAMN YOU DANNY MACASKILL!

Matt Vandart
There's going to be a frameset/framekit available reasonably soon, but only in orange. Yay! How much is it? Quite possibly the best trials/24 bmx ever made!

Laurence--Trials
fair enough.. i can understand why danny likes that kinda headangle though, probs better for nosemanuels. As if yours is lighter haha.

chris4stars
is there any way to adapt the standard front/rear pro2's to make it fit? definately on the cards for this christmas! edit* (seen the tarty bikes question - first bit is answered) will there be a version without the headset/hubshells (like some of the pics on tarty)...just the axles to do a straight swap of components...? Sam Nichols
There would be no point really since the frame set includes hubs and in fact can only be bought with the hubs.

Skoze
Good luck putting your standard hubs into that. There's a reason those parts are supplied with the kit
