sandeeebeach219
Hi. Im looking at buying the Echo 6061 forged cranks, 160mm taper First of all, are these cranks any good? or would you recommend others? Secondly, is it good to use 160mm on a mod bike or not? And finally, will the length affect my pedal kicking at all? Cheers

mista-neos
160mm cranks are well at home on mod bikes, I have always ran them on mods untill my current build I have 175mm and I can back up on what rockman said it does make you kick further and its easyer to pedal up higher things well thats my opinion, Hope that helped abit
aener
If you want want those cranks, though - you can always just put a 1 tooth bigger sprocket on the back for the same effect. I reckon shorter cranks feel nicer - but the easier gearing does allow higher/bigger hops.
