Skoze
All change; New front end, new geo; 1005, +25, 380, 73*. Going to paint the forks black and the hubs green when i can be bothered, but for now it's getting the thrashing it deserves ...oh and maybe a pivotal just for Dave EDIT: and i'll turn that front tyre round. Lukas Mcneal, i trust you with one thing! Edited June 24, 2011 by Skoze
JD™
Already said it looks great. I reckon the forks look better silver on that, unless you're gonna do something with the cranks too - kinda ties them in together in my opinion. I've got a pivotal post floating about you can have for next to nowt when you do the right thing.
LukasMcNeal
Woah woah woah! I let you do the tyre! And I've fixed just about everything else haha!
Skoze
Sooooo, I decided to bring the bike back into check, it was getting pretty scruffy and generally miles away from what my bikes are usually about, so now my riding's back up to scratch, it's the bike's turn! Take this; And after about 3 hours, some spraying, bolting, masking and painting every spoke individually with a tiny paint brush... Looking good again Small spec update too, now running a 90x10* Thomson X4 with Trialtech High Rise bars, and some skinny grips courtesy of Mark. Also feeling pretty honoured to be running a Clean sticker fresh off the Dymo on my top tube, which i figure will give me at least 6" on my bunnyhops. Comments welcome, and Dave - i'll get that pivotal soon! Oh and once again, thanks to Tarty and Mr. Westlake for being heroes. Luke Rainbird
Fit. Standard. Sweet work with the mini-brush too you big gaY! Rusevelt
Latest update looks soooo sick. Think you should have kept the old stem to give you that little bit extra ride height with the Trialtech high risers.

Simpson
Is that DJB's bike? Looks tidy too heavy though, your only a skinny runt
Skoze
Latest update looks soooo sick. Think you should have kept the old stem to give you that little bit extra ride height with the Trialtech high risers. Cheers! I'd have loved to keep the 90x15* as it's absolutely perfect for it, but as Luke said - major compatibility issues! New seat, black cranks, do it! Seat, yes, cranks, no. I can't afford new burns when these are fine, and black ones look shit after 2 rides Is that DJB's bike? Looks tidy too heavy though, your only a skinny runt Yeah it's Dan's old one, loooooving it. It is heavy but i'm getting used to it, which in turn is changing the "skinny runt" bit I can't make it any lighter though which sucks. Revolver
Seat, yes, cranks, no. I can't afford new burns when these are fine, and black ones look shit after 2 rides Paaaaaint them. But you've got a point, it'll look shit when it wears off. On the subjects of seats, I just bought this - http://www.alansbmx.com/product_info.php?products_id=10608 Probably go nicely on yours too. Luke Rainbird
Probably go nicely on yours too. It's fugly. If Matt puts that anywhere near his bike I will burn him (and steal everything from the bike apart from that seat, which will be thrown on the burning-SkozeFire)
Revolver
That's a bit extreme, you could just suggest not buying it without the threats of eternal damnation in hellfire.
Skoze
Haha, thanks but no thanks Jeff! If/ when it gets one, it'll be slim, black and subtle. Having said that, i've become quite attached to this Shadow seat.

Also feeling pretty honoured to be running a Clean sticker fresh off the Dymo on my top tube, which i figure will give me at least 6" on my bunnyhops. Jealous!
