onzatrip
Right i need new grips on the bike......trialtech grips are out of the question- tryed these-didnt last long and werent very comfortable. Looking at Viz, Monty or tryall ones? how are they like? Also they state there for small hands how small would that mean??
Skorp
Trialtechs are the best. Tryall and Viz are thinner and the foam are harder. Montys are even thinner, but as soft as the Trialtech..This means very low lifetime, lasted me 3-4 rides.
Mark W
Try-All/Monty grips are definitely softer than Trialtechs - everyone else at work uses Trialtech foams but I use Try-All or Rockman thin grips, and everyone else's grips outlast mine by loads. Stan's Trialtechs have been on his bike for 6+ months or something like that.
aener
Clarks grips from Halfords. You get four tubes for a fiver. Cut each tube in half for a pair of grips. £1.25 a pair is pretty decent, and once they squish down a bit (takes about two rides) they're lush. aener
this is what im looking for....... Whats there lifetime like? I usually end up ripping them putting the bike in the car - but if you manage not to do that... I've run a pair for longer than two months. Cut them off 'cause they were stuck and was changing brake. George.E
Monty ones are really thin I find, I have trialtechs on at the moment and I can find a fault with them, Iv had them well over a year now and im still on my first pair.
