ogre Posted October 3, 2010 Report Share Posted October 3, 2010 (edited) hey all, currently rocking a rubber queen 2.4" the grip is awesome but it's just not sturdy enough the sidewall has ripped enough that the bead is cutting my inertubes so i'd like a few suggestions for a rear tyre, or any links with special offers etc, i'm a dirty poor student so cheap is good pinch resistance is king, i'm sick of fixing punctures on these sheffield walls if anyone has a tyre they'd sort me for free or cheaply, i'm all ears) aquired a slightly used dual ply larson 2.35" for a wopping 6 quid Edited October 3, 2010 by ogre Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ali C Posted October 3, 2010 Report Share Posted October 3, 2010 one way to think about it is that the rubber lasts longer than most over soft compound tyres like maxxis and try-all. so you won't have to buy a new one for a long time.
