I had the same problem, it was a worn sprocket causing it, so i recommend you replace yours. :/
WIGAN ??
have a look at your chain line too if its miles off your chains gunna be clunking onto the sprocket rather than smoothly slipping over it
trials4life1
the sprockets got all the teeth and none of them are worn. thanks mate. the chain line looks straight to me. any other things it could be. thanks
Mikee
Could it being too tight be a possibility? Or could It be the new chain bedding into the old sprockets? That's the only things I can think of that hasn't already been mensioned.

trials owns
i had this, i sprayed silicone spray in the freewheel and it stopped the noise, if not im betting on the chain being to tight.
Dan6061
You're really supposed to replace the chain and sprockets together, as they all wear down with eachother. Putting a new chain on worn sprockets will just wear the chain down quickly to suit the sprocket wear. If you replace them all at the same time, they all wear down with eachother and last a lot longer! Obviously it's way more expensive, and a lot more work, but it's better in the long run...
