Matt Vandart
Right a bit of swapping stuff, which is my favorite form of trading by the way, and I have ended up with this: Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us It's a stop gap bike, between my comp as f**k echo and the new bike I am building which will be halfway between the two. Its a beast, but not quite finnished yet, I need a shorter stem ac need to sort the gears out. If anyone can help me on that one please see my topic on the subject in trials chat. Spec: Frame: Planet x zebedi (obviously) Forks: Ashton Back wheel: Hope Pro 2 trials on echo tr rim Front wheel: Echo TR rim and hub BB:Trial tech lite Cranks ac bash ac sprocket: Tryall, Tarty and trial tech 18t. Tyres: Continental De Kaiser rear tyre continental mountain king supersonic front. Stem: try all NUC Bars: VIZ 720 cut down a bit. Headset: ECHO sl Front brake: BB5 Rear brake: Avid magnesium with rock cnc pads shimano carbon booster. SEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: Gusset That is all I think. This bike rides loverly and suits my needs as I have to often ride long distances to go riding as I live in the middle of nowhere. Funny thing is that I started proper trials (About 2 years ago after not riding since I was a kid) on a planet x Jack flash which is pretty much the same frame with a bash guard. I have been through loads of bikes with all sorts of brake and geo combos, now and come full circle to end up with this bike, with vees and gears----------------------------twat. GEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: Some sram mech on a x.o shifter Edited October 14, 2010 by Matt Vandart
Luke Rainbird
Looks tidy dude, good job! Keen to see this new project come to fruition soon. Will have a look tomorrow and see if I've still got the bar/stem I ran on the 24" for a while, would suit this beautifully. If it's knocking about and helps it's yours
