isitafox
At a guess I'd say it's either a bit loose and/or needs a good grease up on the BB threads and the spindle.
samster
tighten up your crank bolts as much as you can.
craigjames
Take off the cranks and take the bb out fo the frame, clean all the threads and grease them up, torque it up in the frame. If it's ISIS, clean and grease the splines on the bb and cranks and then tighten to the correct torque. If it's square taper then clean the tapers on the bb and cranks, DON'T grease them and tighten them to the correct torque.
