isitafox
For good pads I'd recommend some heatsink yellows, google heatsink for the website!
trials owns
i had hs11s before but they kept leaking for some odd reason, hs33s i have had no problem with, yeah a water bleed is better as it is more quicker, springy response, this is because it is thinner that oil, seeing as winter is coming around if you want water i would advise mixing it with anti freeze stuff, mouth wash etc.

isitafox
Just a few allen keys and a sink/washbowl. Washbowl's probably a better idea as otherwise you get oil EVERYWHERE! Luckily I did mine at work so it didn't matter!
