When your pads are perfectly square make sure your clamps are extremely tight. Should do the job...

josh barker
When your pads are perfectly square make sure your clamps are extremely tight, then f**k up your theads in the frame no need to make them extremely tight. what clamps are you using? is your tpa wound out? one of your pistons could have a sticky piston or your brake could even have air in it

josh barker
there cant be no air in it because i have only just bled my brake, what do i do if i have a sticky piston i put a drop of magura royal blood on the piston. easy way to do it= press your lever and then put 1 drop on it. it might just need pressing and then the piston ramming back in

Cundog123
i suppose it would be less hassle, what are your vee's like
aener
Change to vee's No - don't. If you're having trouble setting a magura up to work right - chances are you'll have even more of a bad experience trying to set up vees to work as effectively. They work just as well, but can be a right old fanny to set up so they do. Sounds like you just need to put more electric tape under the rubber ring. They squish down after a while, so you either need new ones, or to beef it out paper/tape. Edited September 23, 2010 by aener
Laurence--Trials
wheel bolts are tight and so are the mounts Give your mounts/callipers a wash might be oil on them. does it need a bleed? is your tpa in/out what mounts do you have? are you using the plastic washer? has the plastic washer got oil on? when you pull the brake watch the brakes do what they do then you'll know the problem I havn't read the thread so sorry if some of these ideas have already been posted
Mark W
The cylinder washers deform over time, and that means that when you try and set your brake up it'll 'pop' back into it's old position.
