rich_hill
Only had the bike with new pads for a few days now, Am I starting things correctly and just build on this? I don't want to end up with bad habbits that will take ages to remove, id rather try and prevent them now. Any feedback would be great. trials owns
looks all good to me, some could argue (me) that there is no right or wrong way to do moves, as long as you can get up and have fun. ps your a full member now so you can post on the whole forum if you didnt know hehe. rich_hill
well just relax, preload more, and practice, practice, practice. without sounding really stupid.. pre load, is that when you crouch/squat/bend down, before jumping/hopping moving up? trials owns
without sounding really stupid.. pre load, is that when you crouch/squat/bend down, before jumping/hopping moving up? sure is, this allows you to spring up more etc, which helps for bigger jumps. bikeperson45
Looks good so far, but still you shouldn't worry while your still learning. It's not going to look as good as someone riding for years so just keep practising and adjusting your technique as you feel necessary. Some people have different back hop styles. Just find what works comfortably for you.
LukeJustLuke
I just wanted to add that its all practice buddy! I'm still learning but keep on it! well done for what you've learn't so far!
ellis-collins
Looks great considering you've not been riding long. A thing i found quite helpfull when learning was to slow my hops down and take my time with each one abit more, also this will help you to put preloading into practice and your hops will improve alot more ! Miles Mallinson
also to get more power in to your legs find some steps and jump from two feet to two feet on to the highest step and progress upwards
