Mark W
Satin or Matt? Halford's Satin black is the bomb. Oh, and get some of the Neon High Load BB bearings. They fit in your BB and have twice the load capacity of the standard bearings. Total win.

Mark W
might just buy a new bottom bracket Bearings are well easy to change, and cost less than 1/3 of the price of a new Reset BB. Your spindle should still be fine too. With those new bearings in it'd be pretty much the best it's possible to make a BB.

Mark W
If you've got access to a vice, you can just put the spindle upright in the vice so just the bearings are sitting on top of the vice (if that makes sense - so the only thing touching the vice is the bearing), then just tap the spindle through the bearing itself with a rubber mallet or something similar. Putting the new ones in is pretty straight forward.

Sponge
Wow, that's a pretty nice frame! Though it does echo "Rockman" quite a bit haha! Nonetheless it is a nice effort by Onza! Could you remind me of the geo again?
